Section ๗๔๘

การจำนำนั้นย่อมเป็นประกันเพื่อการชำระหนี้กับทั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ ต่อไปนี้ด้วย คือ (๑)ดอกเบี้ย (๒)ค่าสินไหมทดแทนในการไม่ชำระหนี้ (๓)ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมในการบังคับจำนำ (๔)ค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อรักษาทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนำ

(๕) ค่าสินไหมทดแทนเพื่อความเสียหายอันเกิดแต่ความชำรุดบกพร่องแห่ง ทรัพย์สินจำนำซึ่งไม่เห็นประจักษ์
