ถ้าตัวแทนค้าต่างได้ทำการขายได้ราคาสูงกว่าที่ตัวการกำหนดหรือ ทำการซื้อได้ราคาต่ำกว่าที่ตัวการกำหนดไซร้ ท่านว่าตัวแทนหาอาจจะถือเอาเป็นประโยชน์ของตน ได้ไม่ ต้องคิดให้แก่ตัวการ
