อันสัญญาประกันภัยในการรับขนนั้น ถึงแม้การขนส่งจะต้องสะดุด หยุดลงชั่วขณะหรือจะต้องเปลี่ยนทางหรือเปลี่ยนวิธีขนส่ อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดโดยเหตุจำเป็นใน ระหว่างส่งเดินทางก็ดี ท่านว่าสัญญานั้นก็ย่อมคงเป็นอันสมบูรณ์อยู่ เว้นแต่จะได้ระบุไว้ในสัญญา เป็นอย่างอื่น
