ผู้เอาประกันภัยชอบที่จะบอกเลิกสัญญาประกันภัยเสียในเวลาใด ๆก็ได้ด้วยการงดไม่ส่งเบี้ยประกันภัยต่อไป ถ้าและได้ส่งเบี้ยประกันภัยมาแล้วอย่างน้อยสามปี ไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้เอาประกันภัยชอบที่จะได้รับเงินค่าเวนคืนกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย หรือรับกรมธรรม์ใช้ เงินสำเร็จจากผู้รับประกันภัย
