ภายในบังคับบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๙๒๗ผู้ทรงตั๋วแลกเงินมีสิทธิที่จะ ยื่นตั๋วเงินแก่ผู้ จ่ ยได้ในทันใดเพื่อให้รับรองถ้าและเขาไม่รับรองภายในเวลายี่สิบสี่ชั่วโมงไซร้ ผู้ ทรงก็มีสิทธิที่จะคัดค้าน
