อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ถ้าเขาจะใช้เงินให้แต่เพียงบางส่วนท่านว่าผู้ทรง จะบอกปัดเสียไม่ยอมรับเอาก็ได้ ถ้าและรับเอาเงินที่เขาใช้แต่เพียงบางส่วน ผู้ทรงต้องบันทึกข้อความนั้นลงไว้ใน ตั๋วเงิน และส่งมอบใบรับให้แก่ผู้ใช้เงิน
