ผู้ใดนำเข้าในราชอาณาจักรซึ่งดวงตราแผ่นดิน รอยตราแผ่นดิน พระ ปรมาภิไธย ดวงตราหรือรอยตราของทบวงการเมือง ขององค์การสาธารณะหรือของเจ้าพนัก หรือแสตมป์ซึ่งระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๒๕๐มาตรา๒๕๑หรือมาตรา ๒๕๔อันเป็นของปลอม หรือของ แปลงต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่ องพันบาทถึงสองหมื่นบาท
