Section ๕๙ ตรี

ตรี ในการออกโฉนดที่ดินหรือ กรณีรังวัดได้ หนังสือรับรองการทำประโยชน์ถ้าปรากฏว่าเนื้อที่ที่ เนื้อที่ต่างจาก ทำการรังวัดใหม่แตกต่างไปจากเนื้อที่ตามใบแจ้งการ ส.ค.๑ ครอบครองตามมาตรา๕แห่งพระราชบัญญัติให้ใช้ ประมวลกฎหมายที่ดินพ.ศ. ๒๔๙๗ให้พนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่พิจารณาออกหนังสือแสดงสิทธิในที่ดินให้ ได้เท่าจำนวนเนื้อที่ที่ได้ทำประโยชน์ ทั้งนี้ ตาม ระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
