สัตต ภายใต้บงคับมาตรา ๔อัฏฐ ใบผ่านภาษีอากรให้มีอายุใช้ได้ สิบห้าวันนับแต่วันออก ถ้ามีการขอต่ออายุใบผ่านภาษีอากรก่อนสิ้นอายุ อธิบดีหรือผู้ว่าราชการ จังหวัดหรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจะต่ออายุให้อีกสิบห้าวันก็ได้
