Section ๑๐๒

เมื่ออายุของสภาผู้แทนราษฎรสิ้นสุดลง พระมหากษัตริย์จะได้ทรงตรา พระราชกฤษฎีกาให้มีการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรใหม่ เป็นการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปภายในสี่สิบห้าวัน นับแต่วันที่สภาผู้แทนราษฎรสิ้นอายุ การเลือกตั้งตามวรรคหนึ่ง ต้องเป็นวันเดียวกันทั่วราชอาณาจักรตามที่คณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง ประกาศกำหนดในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
