ให้ยกเลิกความในมาตรา ๙๙ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญว่าด้วย การเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ และให้ใช้ความต่อไปนี้แทน “มาตรา ๙๙ ห้ามมิให้ผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งนำบัตรเลือกตั้งที่ออกเสียงลงคะแนนแล้วแสดงต่อผู้อื่น เพื่อให้ผู้อื่นทราบว่าตนได้ลงคะแนนอย่างไร”
