ให้ประธานกรรมการสรรหาและกรรมการสรรหาได้รับเบี้ยประชุมและ ค่าตอบแทนอื่นตามที่ประธานวุฒิสภากำหนด แต่สำหรับเบี้ยประชุมให้กำหนดให้ได้รับเป็นรายครั้งที่มา ประชุมในอัตราไม่น้อยกว่ากึ่งหนึ่งของประธานกรรมการหรือกรรมการในคณะกรรมการข้าราชการรัฐสภา ตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยระเบียบข้าราชการรัฐสภาได้รับในแต่ละเดือน แล้วแต่กรณี
