ให้ยกเลิกความในวรรคสี่ของมาตรา ๑๕ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญ ว่าด้วยพรรคการเมือง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ และให้ใช้ความต่อไปนี้แทน “พรรคการเมืองอาจกำหนดให้เรียกเก็บค่าบำรุงพรรคการเมืองจากสมาชิกแบบตลอดชีพ ตามอัตราที่กำหนดในข้อบังคับก็ได้ แต่ต้องไม่น้อยกว่าสองร้อยบาท”
