Section ๑๕

ข้อ ๑๕ ให้ผู้รับอนุญาตส่งรายงานการดำเนินการที่ได้รับอนุญาตตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ต่อเลขาธิการ อย. ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้นำผ่านซึ่งวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ดังกล่าวออกไป นอกราชอาณาจักรแล้ว รายงานตามวรรคหนึ่งให้เป็นไปตามแบบที่เลขาธิการ อย. กำหนดโดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
