ข้อ ๒๐ ใบอนุญาตให้จัดตั้งและดำเนินกิจการสวนสัตว์สาธารณะที่ออกตามกฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ ๙ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๐) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติสงวนและคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่า พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ ก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้มีผลใช้บังคับ ให้ยังคงใช้ได้ต่อไปจนกว่าจะสิ้นอายุหรือถูกเพิกถอน
