ข้อ ๓๒ เมื่อเภสัชกรพ้นจากหน้าที่หรือไม่สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้เป็นการชั่วคราว ให้ผู้รับอนุญาต จัดให้มีเภสัชกรอื่นเข้าปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทนได้เป็นระยะเวลาไม่เกินเก้าสิบวัน โดยแจ้งเป็นหนังสือต่อ ผู้อนุญาตและให้ถือว่าเภสัชกรผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทนมีหน้าที่เช่นเดียวกับผู้ซึ่งตนแทน
