ข้อ ๘ ในกรณีที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตไม่วางหลักประกันภายในกำหนดเวลาตามข้อ ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง หรือเลขาธิการมีคำสั่งไม่รับหลักประกันตามข้อ ๗ วรรคสอง ให้เลขาธิการดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๓๑ วรรคสามต่อไป
