ข้อ ๒ การทดสอบผู้ขับขี่ว่าเมาสุราหรือไม่ ให้ตรวจวัดปริมาณแอลกอฮอล์ในร่างกายของผู้ขับขี่ โดยวิธีตรวจวัดจากลมหายใจด้วยเครื่องตรวจวัดระดับแอลกอฮอล์ในเลือดโดยการเป่าลมหายใจ (BREATH ANALYZER TEST) และอ่านค่าของแอลกอฮอล์ในเลือดเป็นมิลลิกรัมเปอร์เซ็นต์ วิธีการทดสอบตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้ปฏิบัติตามวิธีการตรวจสอบของเครื่องตรวจแต่ละชนิด
