ข้อ ๑๘ ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องจัดให้อุปกรณ์เตือนภัยทั้งหมดมีลักษณะหรือการทำงานที่สามารถบ่งชี้ หรือมีการแจ้งเตือนให้บุคลากรซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานประกอบการทางนิวเคลียร์รู้หรือควรรู้ได้ทันที ว่าอุปกรณ์เตือนภัยดังกล่าวเกิดความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือมีการแก้ไขดัดแปลงโดยไม่ชอบ
