ข้อ ๓ ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งเป็นหนังสือโดยระบุรายการและจำนวนเงินที่ผู้ยื่นคำขอ ตามข้อ ๒ ต้องชำระ เมื่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้รับชำระค่าใช้จ่ายตามวรรคหนึ่งครบถ้วนแล้ว ให้ออกหลักฐาน การชำระเงินดังกล่าวให้แก่ผู้ยื่นคำขอ เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๕ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๗
