ข้อ ๑๐ ภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำขอพร้อมเอกสารหลักฐานครบถ้วน ให้ผู้รับประกันภัย จ่ายค่าเสียหายเบื้องต้นแก่ผู้ยื่นคำขอตามข้อ ๙ ในกรณีที่จ่ายเป็นเช็คจะต้องไม่เป็นเช็คที่ลงวันที่ล่วงหน้า
