ข้อ ๒๑ กระจกที่ใช้เป็นพื้นทำงเดินหรือพื้นบันไดต้องเป็นกระจกนิรภัยหลำยชั้นและ ต้องพิจำรณำถึงคุณสมบัติกำรป้องกันกำรลื่นไถลด้วย โดยกระจกแต่ละชั้นต้องสำมำรถรับน้ำหนักบรรทุกได้ ตำมที่รัฐมนตรีโดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมกำรควบคุมอำคำรประกาศกำหนดในรำชกิจจำนุเบกษำ
