ข้อ ๓ ให้ยกเลิกควำมใน (ก) ของ
(๑) ของข้อ ๒๙ แห่งกฎกระทรวงกำหนดพัสดุและ วิธีการจัดซื้อจัดจ้ำงพัสดุที่รัฐต้องกำรส่งเสริมหรือสนับสนุน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ และให้ใช้ควำมต่อไปนี้แทน “(ก) สถำบันอุดมศึกษำของรัฐทุกแห่ง”
