ข้อ ๓๐ ให้หน่วยงำนของรัฐจัดจ้ำงที่ปรึกษำตำมข้อ ๒๙
(๑) (ข) (ค) (ง) (จ) และ (ฉ) และ
(๒) โดยวิธีเฉพำะเจำะจง หรือหำกหน่วยงำนของรัฐไม่ประสงค์จะจัดจ้ำงโดยวิธีเฉพำะเจำะจง หน่วยงำนของรัฐจะใช้วิธีประกาศเชิญชวนทั่วไปหรือวิธีคัดเลือกก็ได้
