Section ๑๙

สภาองค์กรชุมชนตำบลต้องจัดให้มีการประชุมอย่างน้อยปีละสี่ครั้ง เพื่อดำเนินการ ให้เป็นไปตามภารกิจของสภาองค์กรชุมชนตำบลนั้น นอกจากการประชุมตามวรรคหนึ่ง เมื่อสมาชิกสภาองค์กรชุมชนตำบลเข้าชื่อกันไม่น้อยกว่า หนึ่งในสี่ของจำนวนสมาชิกทั้งหมดยื่นหนังสือร้องขอให้เปิดการประชุม ประธานสภาองค์กรชุมชนตำบล ต้องจัดให้มีการประชุมภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำร้อง
