ข้อ ๕ การชำระค่าใช้เขตทางหลวงท้องถิ่นเป็นรายปี ในปีแรก ให้ชำระภายในสามสิบวัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับอนุญาตใช้เขตทางหลวงท้องถิ่น สำหรับในปีต่อไป ให้ชำระไม่เกินวันครบกำหนดรอบปี นับแต่วันที่ได้รับอนุญาต
