เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๕๓ ก หนา้ ๒๒ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๓๑ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๖ กฎกระทรวง จัดตั้งส่วนราชการในสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข พ.ศ. 2566 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 6 วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑1 วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก พ.ศ. ๒๕62 รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
