Section ๕

ข้อ ๕ กำรจ่ำยค่ำป่วยกำรตำมข้อ ๒ ให้สั่งจ่ำยตำมควำมเหมำะสมในกำรปฏิบัติหน้ำที่ พยำนหรือพยำนผู้เชี่ยวชำญ เมื่อพยำนหรือพยำนผู้เชี่ยวชำญได้ปฏิบัติหน้ำที่เสร็จสิ้น ในกรณีที่พยำนหรือพยำนผู้เชี่ยวชำญมำตำมนัด แต่ไม่ได้ปฏิบัติหน้ำที่โดยมิได้เป็นควำมผิด ของพยำนหรือพยำนผู้เชี่ยวชำญ ให้ได้รับค่ำป่วยกำรไม่เกินวันละ ๕๐๐ บำท
