เล่ม ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๗๔ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๘ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๖ กฎกระทรวง ลดอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทจำกัดในพื้นที่เขตพัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจ พ.ศ. 2566 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๐๑๘ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ มาตรา ๑๐๒๐ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวล กฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ (ฉบับที่ ๑๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ และมาตรา ๑๐๒๐/๑ แห่งประมวลกฎหมาย แพ่งและพาณิชย์ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ (ฉบับที่ 23) พ.ศ. 2565 รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
