เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๒๑ ก หนา้ ๑๕ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๘ เมษายน ๒๕๖๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมภำชนะพลำสติกบรรจุอำหำร สำหรับเตำไมโครเวฟสำหรับกำรอุ่นต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์ อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
