เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๒๘ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๘ เมษายน ๒๕๖๘ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดเรื่องการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างกับหน่วยงานของรัฐที่ใช้สิทธิอุทธรณ์ไม่ได้ พ.ศ. 2568 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๑๑๕ (๔) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
