เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๒๒ ก หนา้ ๑๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๑ เมษายน ๒๕๖๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดอัตรำเงินสมทบกองทุนประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ และมาตรา ๔๖ วรรคหนึ่งและวรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติประกันสังคม (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงแรงงานออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
