เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๒๙ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๔ เมษายน ๒๕๖๘ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าล่วงเวลาและค่าตอบแทนการทำงานที่เกินวันละแปดชั่วโมง ในงานเฝ้าดูแลสถานที่ หรือทรัพย์สินอันเป็นหน้าที่การทำงานปกติของลูกจ้าง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๒๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ คุ้มครองแรงงาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๑ และมาตรา ๖๕ (๙) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงาน (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
