- Section ๓๕
ให้เรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียม ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) ใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองยาเสพติดให้โทษ ในประเภท ๒ หรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ในประเภท ๒ ประเภท ๓ หรือประเภท ๔ (๒) ใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองยาเสพติดให้โทษ ในประเภท ๒ เกินปริมาณที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด (๓) การต่ออายุใบอนุญาตตาม (๑) ฉบับละ ๑,๐๐๐ บาท ฉบับละ ๕๐๐ บาท เท่ากับกึ่งหนึ่ง ของค่าธรรมเนียม สำหรับใบอนุญาตนั้น

ให้ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมตามข้อ ๓๕ แก่สภากาชาดไทย หรือเจ้าของกิจการเรือ หรือเครื่องบินที่ใช้ในการขนส่งสาธารณะ และหน่วยงานของรัฐเว้นแต่รัฐวิสาหกิจ
