เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๒๑ ก หนา้ ๘ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๘ เมษายน ๒๕๖๕ กฎกระทรวง ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยเครื่องหมายการค้า พ.ศ. 2565 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายการค้า พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๔ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายการค้า (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
