ข้อ ๔๕ คลังก๊าซธรรมชาติต้องมีเครื่องส่งเสียงดังเมื่อก๊าซรั่วและเครื่องส่งเสียงดังเมื่อตรวจจับ การเกิดไฟ โดยติดตั้งในพื้นที่ที่มีโอกาสเกิดการรั่วไหลจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่าสองจุดและบริเวณอาคาร สำนักงานอีกหนึ่งจุด ทั้งนี้ ตามมาตรฐาน NFPA 59A หรือมาตรฐานอื่นที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด ในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
