เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๖๙ ก หนา้ ๕๔ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๘ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๕ พระราชกฤษฎีกา ลดภาษีประจำปีสำหรับรถยนต์รับจ้างและรถจักรยานยนต์สาธารณะ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๖ พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ เป็นปีที่ ๗ ในรัชกาลปัจจุบัน พระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว มีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ประกาศว่า โดยที่เป็นการสมควรลดภาษีประจำปีสำหรับรถยนต์รับจ้างและรถจักรยานยนต์สาธารณะ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๗๕ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และมาตรา ๓๑ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติรถยนต์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาขึ้นไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
