ข้อ ๑ ผู้ใดประสงค์จะค้างาช้าง ให้ยื่นคำขออนุญาตต่ออธิบดีตามแบบที่อธิบดีกำหนด โดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา พร้อมด้วยเอกสารและหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขออนุญาต
