ข้อ ๒ ให้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียม ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) ใบอนุญาตให้ค้างาช้าง ฉบับละ ๕,๐๐๐ บาท

(๒) ใบอนุญาตให้นำเข้า ส่งออก หรือนำผ่านซึ่งงาช้าง ฉบับละ ๑,๐๐๐ บาท

(๓) ใบแทนใบอนุญาต ฉบับละ ๕๐๐ บาท
