เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๔๕ ก หนา้ ๖๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๒ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดอัตรำค่ำทำศพที่ให้นำยจ้ำงจ่ำย พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา 6 วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติเงินทดแทน พ.ศ. 2537 และมาตรา 16 แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติเงินทดแทน พ.ศ. 2537 ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติ เงินทดแทน (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2561 รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงแรงงานออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
