ข้อ ๓ การยื่นคำขอตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ให้ยื่นต่อนายทะเบียน ณ สำนักงานทะเบียน ธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์สาขาที่สถานที่ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวของผู้ยื่นคำขอตั้งอยู่ หรือสถานที่อื่น ตามที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด โดยคำนึงถึงการอำนวยความสะดวกและการลดภาระแก่ผู้ยื่นคำขอ
