ข้อ ๔ นำยจ้ำงของสถำนประกอบกิจการตำมที่ระบุไว้ในบัญชีท้ำยกฎกระทรวงนี้ ที่มีลูกจ้าง จำนวนห้ำสิบคนขึ้นไป ต้องจัดให้มีระบบกำรจัดการด้ำนควำมปลอดภัย ทั้งนี้ ภำยในหกสิบวัน นับแต่วันที่มีลูกจ้างครบจำนวนดังกล่ำว
