เล่ม ๑๓๓ ตอนที่ ๒๖ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๔ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๙ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดลักษณะของข้อมูลการบริหารสิทธิ ที่จะทำการลบหรือเปลี่ยนแปลง และลักษณะของงานหรือสำเนางานอันมีลิขสิทธิ์ ที่มีการลบหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลการบริหารสิทธิที่จะทำการเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗ และมาตรา ๕๓/๓ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดย พระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
