ในกรณีที่หนังสือรับรองทรัพย์อิงสิทธิใดสูญหายหรือชำรุดในสาระสำคัญ ให้ผู้ทรงทรัพย์อิงสิทธิขอรับใบแทนหนังสือรับรองทรัพย์อิงสิทธินั้นได้ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดใน กฎกระทรวง เมื่อได้มีการออกใบแทนหนังสือรับรองทรัพย์อิงสิทธิแล้ว ให้หนังสือรับรองทรัพย์อิงสิทธิฉบับเดิม เป็นอันยกเลิก
