เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๙๗ ก หนา้ ๗ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๖ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๖๓ กฎกระทรวง การดำรงเงินกองทุน และการดำรงเงินสดสำรองและสินทรัพย์สภาพคล่อง ของธนาคารอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2563 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๓๖ และมาตรา ๓๗ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติธนาคารอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
