ข้อ ๕ ให้ผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้ซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้ประกอบการของสถานประกอบการ ทุกแห่งที่อยู่ในเขตท้องที่ตามข้อ ๔ เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ โดยการให้สัมภาษณ์ ตอบแบบสอบถามผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือด้วยวิธีการอื่นตามที่ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงาน สถิติแห่งชาติประกาศกำหนด เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๓๙ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๙ มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๘
