เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๑๒๗ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๘ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดลักษณะเลื่อยโซ่ยนต์และส่วนประกอบของเลื่อยโซ่ยนต์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในบทนิยามคำว่า “เลื่อยโซ่ยนต์” ในมาตรา ๓ และมาตรา ๒๓ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเลื่อยโซ่ยนต์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๕ อันเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทบัญญัติบางประการเกี่ยวกับการจำกัดสิทธิ และเสรีภาพของบุคคล ซึ่งมาตรา ๒๙ ประกอบกับมาตรา ๔๑ และมาตรา ๔๓ ของรัฐธรรมนูญ แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย บัญญัติให้กระทำได้โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
