เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๓๒ ก หนา้ ๕ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๗ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๓ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดจำนวนเงินหลักประกันกำรประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยว พ.ศ. 2563 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและ มัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ และมาตรา ๑๘ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
