เล่ม ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๔๓ ก ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๒๒ มิถุนายน ๒๕๖๑ กฎกระทรวง การดำเนินการตามข้อผูกพันที่ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวมีอยู่กับนักท่องเที่ยว พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ และมาตรา ๓๗ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
