ข้อ ๖ การยื่นคำขอตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ให้ยื่นต่อนายทะเบียนด้วยตนเอง ณ สำนักงาน ทะเบียนธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์สาขาที่มีอำนาจครอบคลุมภูมิลำเนาเฉพาะการของผู้ยื่นคำขอรับ ใบอนุญาต หรือสถานที่อื่นตามที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด โดยคำนึงถึงการอำนวยความสะดวกและการลดภาระ แก่ผู้ยื่นคำขอ
